Real Estate Standards Organization, or RESO, was incorporated in November 2011 as an independent, not-for-profit trade organization that was previously a section of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Tracking, certifying and encouraging MLSs to adopt the Web API for IDX data distribution is one RESO's top priorities.  Distributing IDX data using a live API rather than RETS feed provides a number of benefits to consumers, agents and MLS associations.

AgentSquared is a member of RESO and is working with RESO to define and document the client portion of its web API certification program.  For more information, visit

Flexmls is the 3rd largest MLS software provider powering over 150 MLSs around the word, and has the industry's most advanced, mature API, called the Spark API. Flexmls selected AgentSquared as their preferred IDX solution. AgentSquared Instant IDX™ Website is the only 3rd party application sold by the Flexmls Broker Agent Sales team.  180,000 real estate professionals login to Flexmls most everyday and can instantly create an IDX website with a single click in the Spark Store.

Corelogic is the largest MLS software provider in the world. AgentSquared is working with Corelogic to integrate their new Trestles API to help MLS associations become compliant with the new NAR / RESO web API guideline. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) mandates that all MLS Systems have web based API to publish IDX data by July, 2016.

Paragon is the 2nd largest MLS software provider. AgentSquared is actively working with Paragon on API integration to deliver Instant IDX™ websites for the members.

ListTrac tracks IDX data, and allows MLSs to see how their IDX data is used and distributed on the Internet. AgentSquared has integrated ListTrac so MLSs can better manage their proprietary content.
